Common Questions

Can fees be negotiated or waived?

Platform fees (service fee and host fee) are fixed and non-negotiable. Optional fees (delivery, pets, generator) are set by hosts and renters choose whether to accept them.

What if I dispute a charge after booking?

Contact SquatchRV support within 48 hours of your booking confirmation. We review all disputes and may refund or adjust charges if warranted.

Are taxes included in the shown price?

No. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on the rental location and local tax laws. This is shown before you confirm.

Can a host charge me after the rental is done?

Only if the security deposit is used for documented damages, late returns, or policy violations. Any charges must be itemized and supporting evidence provided within 30 days.

What if I pay outside SquatchRV?

Off-platform payments are against our terms and may result in account suspension. They also void refund eligibility, insurance coverage, and dispute resolution.
