Common Questions
What fees does Squatch RV charge?
Hosts pay a 20% platform fee on completed bookings. Renters pay a 12% service fee. These fees cover secure payment processing, customer support, and platform operations.
Is insurance included?
Hosts are required to maintain their own insurance on their vehicles. We recommend renters verify coverage with their own insurance provider or purchase additional rental insurance.
How do cancellations work?
Each booking follows our standard cancellation policy: full refund (minus service fee) if cancelled 7+ days before, 50% refund for 3-7 days, no refund within 3 days of the trip.
When do hosts get paid?
Payments are initiated within 24 hours after the rental start date. The 20% platform fee is automatically deducted, and the remainder is sent to your PayPal account.
